This policy explains how TakeCourt collects and uses information when you visit takecourt.com, join the private beta waitlist, or participate in a beta. TakeCourt is in development and this policy may be updated as features and service providers change.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address and, if provided, your first name.
- Your selected game preference.
- The page, referrer, and campaign parameters that led you to the form.
- Technical request information needed to prevent spam and protect the service.
If you later join the game beta, we may also collect account details, saved-game data, gameplay events, feedback, and basic diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the game.
How we use information
- To reserve your waitlist place and send beta invitations.
- To send major product and launch updates you agreed to receive.
- To understand which acquisition channels and game interests are useful.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve TakeCourt.
We do not sell your email address or waitlist information.
Sharing and service providers
We may use hosting, database, analytics, and email-delivery providers to run TakeCourt. They may process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist data while the beta and launch communications remain relevant, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. You may unsubscribe using the link included in a marketing email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by writing to [email protected].
Children
TakeCourt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can remove it.
International visitors
TakeCourt may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and honor applicable privacy rights.
